I’ve only had a few rides on it, so maybe I’m still in the honeymoon phase, but the bike feels really quick to me. Climbs feel solid too, although I keep wondering if that’s just because I’m more motivated on a new bike. The brakes seem totally fine so far, nothing dramatic, just doing what they’re supposed to. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I ordered my bike from Propain and loved how many custom options there were. It was nice being able to choose the parts I actually wanted instead of being stuck with a standard setup. I definitely spent a bit too long playing around with the configurator haha, but it was easy to use and the bike turned out exactly how I hoped. I’d definitely order from them again next time.

The bike itself is fine, no real complaints there. Trying to get spare parts from Propain, though, was a bit of an experience. Some of the smaller parts were available, which was nice, but of course the other things I actually needed were out of stock with no clear idea of when they’d be back. Support did respond eventually, so I’ll give them that, but it wasn’t exactly speedy. I did get everything in the end, just not quite when I expected to. Not awful, not impressive either. Three stars feels about right.

The website looks nice at first, and I could find the bike details without too much trouble, but actually getting around the menus was kind of annoying. A few pages loaded slowly, and some of the setup options weren’t explained clearly, so I ended up second-guessing what I was clicking more than I wanted to.

I did eventually find what I needed, but it felt way more stressful than it should have for something that seemed simple. It’s not a bad site, just a bit clunky, and I wish the whole process was smoother and easier to follow...

I used the size guide before ordering, so I thought I had picked the right bike, but it just feels too big and kind of awkward when I ride it. Maybe I measured wrong or I’m just not used to it, I’m not totally sure. Support was nice enough, but the fit advice didn’t really make much of a difference for me.

The bike parts were exactly as listed and felt solid, really solid. For the money, I’m happy with what I got. The only small downside was the delivery info, which was a bit unclear at times, but overall I’m happy, happy with it.

I booked a demo ride easily, which was nice because I was doing it during my lunch break with a half-finished coffee next to me. The whole process was straightforward, I just wish there had been a few more dates to choose from.

I had a warranty issue and, the return took a bit longer than I thought it would. Support did get back to me, so I can’t really say they ignored me, but it wasn’t always quick and I did have to follow up a couple of times. In the end, they did sort everything out, so... yeah, not a bad experience overall. Just could’ve been a little smoother...

I had a question about my order and reached out, probably at the worst time, so I half expected it to take forever. They actually got back to me fast though. It wasn’t a perfect back-and-forth, but they were helpful enough and got it sorted out in the end

The bike got here quicker than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The tracking was a little confusing though, it kept showing updates that didn’t totally make sense, and I was checking it way too often like I was waiting for concert tickets or something. But in the end, it arrived fast and everything worked out fine.

I was surprised how easy the manuals on Propain Bikes were to use. I found the setup info quickly and didn’t have to sit there guessing what went where. The diagrams helped a lot too. Weirdly, I remember I had a coffee stain on my desk shaped like a tiny boot while I was reading through it, which is probably why this stuck in my head. Anyway, it’s nice when a bike brand makes the boring paperwork actually helpful.

I was actually happy with how Propain kept me in the loop after I placed my order. I got clear emails whenever the order moved forward or if anything changed, which made the whole process a lot less stressful.

Ordering a bike can make you a bit impatient because you just want to know what’s going on, but the status updates were easy to follow for me. Did anyone else have the same experience with their order updates, or was I just lucky?

I started to notice quickly that the payment options were a bit limited, and the financing process didn’t move as smoothly as I expected. It felt like every step led to another delay or thing to sort out. In the end, it got handled, but it was more of a hassle than I was hoping for.

The bikes themselves look really nice, and I liked the color options a lot. But the website felt so crowded and busy that it kind of ruined my plan to quickly pick one out and move on. I ended up clicking around longer than I wanted and just got a bit annoyed. Not a terrible experience, but it definitely didn’t wow me.

I was underwhelmed. The bike does look nice, I’ll give it that. But for the price, I expected better parts. Fewer add-on costs too. Once I added a few options and paid for shipping, it started feeling way too expensive. The ride is fine. Just fine. Nothing about it made me feel like the price was justified. I wouldn’t buy it again at these prices.

Overall it’s a decent bike, but I wish the assembly and alignment had been checked better before shipping.

From what I’ve seen, their bikes seem well built, and when that many people speak positively about a brand, you start to feel like there’s probably a reason for it. The website was straightforward enough to use too. The only thing I’d say is that once you’ve placed an order, you sort of expect clearer updates, especially with the wait time. Still, overall I feel good about buying from them and I’d probably order again
